If I understand correctly, this is a satellite receiver for free-to-air channels. However it doesn’t mention the operating frequencies, so unsure if it works.

Hmm I haven’t heard of this particular device yet but quick googling claims it’s a android-based IPTV Receiver.
Unfortunately you will find no significant tv network providing an open IPTV (m3u) stream except through their own app or via a third party provider (PostTV, Zattoo, …) which has its own subscription.
If this is actually all the device does and you still want/need an IPTV Receiver for your subscription, i would recommend going with a more local device from FireTV (not officially sold in Luxembourg) over Kodi devices up to “real” tv Players such as from Roku
