The Tories only have deflection left from the fact they have been in power for 12 years and most of our current issues are because of their shitty lack of policies and jumping on the ‘culture war’ instead.
They don’t want to fix the NHS, They want it to keep getting worse so the public will look the other way as they sell it to their mates.
It’s unfortunate but the NHS is quite simply fucked. The tories want to privatise healthcare and Starmer hasn’t said anything that would give someone confidence about protecting or safeguarding the future of the NHS.
of course they aren’t going to mention any credible ones right now, they want Tory party members to vote for them and any credible solutions involve stuff like spending and taxation, which party members want the opposite of – unless they are ill, so they could mention subsidising private health care some how (but making sure the poor couldn’t access that)
I don`t think they don`t want to fix it though, they want to…… well, you know………..

They don’t want to increase NHS pay that would attract more people to work for the NHS simply because it would pay decent.
Because they are the tories.

That would mean investing money in it, rather than allowing their mates to come in to fix the problems they have caused. Their solution will be to dither and let the NHS collapse under the pressure.
They’ve got no solutions to anything. None at all. The only thing they care about is power for power’s sake and punishing the people they want to punish.
This country is right in the shitter at the moment and it’s the fault of these cunts and their mates.
After watching this shit show on Sky (time I will never get back!). Neither are fit for office, the “audience” is thick as mince and any of them get the job, the UK is fucked.
They have fuck all solutions for anything but themselves, and looking at this sub people are just happy to let it happen.
