Hello everybody,
I will be in Sofia & Plovdiv in a few days and after that I will travel to Turkey. I saw that there is a night train starting in [Sofia](https://www.tripadvisor.com/Tourism-g294452-Sofia_Sofia_Region-Vacations.html) going via Plovdiv to Istanbul. However, I read some mixed reviews about it.
Is it safe and recommended to take the train or would you recommend taking the bus instead?

save? probably, not much that can happen. Comfortable? not at all, if you’ve ever used a train in any modern country, you’ll be really disappointed. Reliable? I’d say so, they are usually on time, but that time is 7hours for 350km
