I am a freshly graduated doctor who moved to Germany in hopes of a better future. My main purpose was to work under better conditions and a better education. I have come to realize that actually a lot of Doctors here are also complaning about the bad conditions (work hours , money , doing secretary jobs more than doctor stuff) But i see that a lot of people always have in mind leaving Germany after completing their residency. So i would love to see what other german folks and other immigrants like me think and what your observations are.
And this is the last news i read about how doctors feel in Germany

Sorry but… Wtf question is this? Do you think that we on reddit run a poll on ask doctors in Germany on the subject of happiness? How do you expect to find an answer here? And then you point an article in a newspaper as the fundamental truth.
For someone with a doctor diploma I would have expected a differently framed question? Maybe, “guys, I read an article that states that doctors are quite stressed and worked out, any doctor here that can give a bit of context and share a bit of personal experience.”?
