I need to sign a working student contract and send it back to the company, but I am not really sure which stamp to select. There are 4 options and the last two being “Confirmed Delivery – €3.95” and “Delivered Personally – €4.25”.

Which is the recommended one/ most commonly used?

Edit: This is the link where I found the different stamp options:

  1. Einschreiben Einwurf would be your best option. Definitely keep the recipe since it has the tracking data to show that it was indeed delivered

  2. Most commonly used is the normal letter for 85 cents.

The two options you name are for letters where 1) you need proof it was delivered, and/or 2) the other party would have an advantage from denying they got it, and/or 3) it would be bad for you if you assumed it was delivered when it wasn’t.

As for your edit: That’s for big envelopes. Whether the 85 cent option I mention is available depends on how many pages there are.
