Would be nice to restrict this in some way… you know because of the horrible war that’s killing thousands of people caused by Russia.
Don’t know what kind of real estate they are counting in and original article is paywalled but if it’s all then there certainly is still block and row houses normal russian could afford if money was kept in euros and saved from the better times. I’m not saying these are that since I can’t read the actual article possibly filled with more details.

We have been talking about these restrictions for decades now. It’s so weird there’s no action on this when clearly a lot of the property is near strategically important locations.
