Looks rather unusual with this big cylinder
Most public works trucks are based on the MB [Atego](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mercedes-Benz_Atego) or MAN TGM – but the [Econic](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mercedes-Benz_Econic) you see in the pic is a common model too.
Yeah, that model is pretty standard here. It boasts a 1.21 Gigawatts engine for just-in-time garbage collection 😉
The rotary press type has recently become somewhat popular, especially for collecting organic waste. But the classic, far more widespread garbage truck body is box-shaped.

Looks pretty standard to me…some cities/Stadtwerke have smaller ones, but the concept is the same for most of them. If the streets are wide enough, you’ll see and, more importantly, *hear* them in your area;-)
