What does he mean when he says there would be no Astravets? I don’t see any connection, unless he proposes to loan or sell Ignalina to Lukashenko. Now though Lithuanian critique of Astravets looks a bit iffy.
Ignalina nuclear power plant = Tjernobyl clone.
Closing that shit down wasn’t a mistake. Maybe giving up on building another one was a mistake, but closing the old soviet piece of shit down wasn’t a mistake.
