You topped your SIM up. You did not pay for the top up. They have sent you two payment reminders already. This is the final one. If you do not pay this will go to a collection agency or court.
At least it‘s the „letzte Mahnung“. After this letter they‘ll stop sending you these letters.
I’ve had very mixed experiences with Lidl connect so far, they debited my bank account for like 80€ even tho I wanted to top up only 10€.
Got a German speaking friend to call the customer support and I got reimbursed after a few weeks.
If you can ask someone German speaking to call the customer support for you, that’s probably the easiest way out of this.
Good luck
What is this? It is a final demand for a bill you didn’t pay. You’ve been sent at least two reminders already; if you don’t pay up before 29th, you face either a debt collection agency or a court order, and the costs will continue to rise.
Looks like they think you used credits worth 25 € to recharge your prepaid sim. They then tried to debit that from your (?) bank account but it failed (RLS Gebühr Rücklastschrift). they then send two reminders to pay.
Even when you don’t ask for it. You`ve got the 25 euros to your prepaid car. I would call them to find a solution. Maybe you can send them the 25 euros and they waive for the extra costs.
Call the german line anyways, most of them will speak english even if slightly broken. If you don’t even use this service and/or turns out you indeed did not do whatever they’re billing you for, inform them about such. If this works similar to the company I work for, the first 2 reminders which you are being billed fees for on this were sent via email. Perhaps check that. Otherwise, it might also be a fraud case where potentially someone else bought this under your name, however that is something only you can answer.
