Because it very well is. Its a criminal part either way,so its not beneficial much. Partly tito’s fault for wanting more of them on Kosovo,nothing we can do about it now but solve it in peace for everyone.
Edit:there was alot of albanians on kosovo way before Yugoslavia was a thing,but Tito wanted more of them on Kosovo Albania would join yugoslavia.
Also to add that the % of people thinking Serbia should not recognise Kosovo fell from 75% in 2019, to 60.5% in 2022.
The other half are in desperate need of a hard dose of reality.
