Hey:) Lithuanian here,
Soon to be visiting Estonia, and so I’m wondering – does the public transport ticket app ([pilet.ee](https://pilet.ee)) also works with regional transport or just the Tallinn city?
We would need to take bus 121 from near the bus station, and I’m confused whether it’s possible to pay with an app or not.

Well does the app not show it to you? Start buying a ticket and see if you can make it to the payment phase? Or what am I misunderstanding here? You do have a device and internet connection of some sort because you were able to post this thread.
Tallinn tickets are only for within city limits. Harju county tickets are separate. There are also joint tickets.

Zone map should be at the bottom there. So it depends on how far you are going.
Why take regional bus 121 when you can take city buses?
