It’s pretty fucking devastating to see such a restrictive planning regime “In the interests of proper planning and development” to a point where we have a housing disaster and then learn that at the top the bord were sliding in decisions for mates and family. People should be properly fucking outraged at this.
No one agency should have overall control of decisions that turn pieces of land into multimillion euro assets with the flick of a pen. Rife for corruption.
