Has anyone bothered to ascertain whether they can actually hit those 40% female and 20% “minority” targets without having to take substandard applicants?
And how did they arrive at a figure of 20% “non white” in a country that is still 85% white? Do they know something we don’t or are they actively discriminating against white people?
Imagine if in 1940 RAF had the same policy.
“Well sir, it is true that Germans are pushing us hard and we desperately needs pilots but you are … pardon the swear words … white male”
Russia waging war on the continent, meanwhile the RAF is actively discriminating against recruits based on race. Mindblowing.
We in the UK have major problems with populism on the left and right and need to sort this out urgently.
I think the UK should ban Netflix. It’s hurting them.
Odd targets given that the country is more than 80% white.
Impressed by the frankness of the final 2 paragraphs:

Imagine dreaming your whole life about serving your country flying a jet fighter, working your ass off to meet the physical/educational requirements to be turned down because you’re white and you have a dick. Absolutely tragic.
