Seeing as it’s not owner occupied, doesn’t that mean it has to follow RTB rules and therefore cannot discriminate by gender? You can only specify ‘women only’ etc. On owner-occupied properties.
I don’t mean to alarm anyone but I think this Chad guy isn’t doing everything above board.
