Barnier would have been the perfect candidate to win the presidential election… He is the UK fucker, has one of the most realist program yet appealing to most of the right and the center, nice charisma, do speak proper english and has a wide political, geopolitical and technical experience.
Ciotti is too conservative to get votes from the center (only seek votes from the old upper middle class conservative families and is not extreme right enough to raly votes from RN or Zemmour [Like Bertrand could have]).
And Pécresse is a joke, she will win the primary but will fail miserably on the presidential election.
The LR has already fucked up the presidential, Macron must be happy.
