the source states 2019 but further down you have the “current” map, which i posted which seems to be updated or confirmed for 2022
There was an article recently about how Sardegna resolved its water issues with exceptional water management and planning initiatives for a region that is historically water constrained, so much so that the northern Italian regions were asking for advice to follow their best practices to mitigate the issues with the low water level on the Po and the drought. Was an interesting read.
As stateted by the source, its the situation in 2019.
Inaccurate map.
Gibraltar is not part of the EU and is water self sufficient with no exploitation.
Honestly hilarious the Dutch aren’t on a map measuring “water stress”.
