searching it for an hour on some website in croatian but couldn’t find it anywhere.

Anything older than 2010. you’ll have to get from a library, the rest are available in .pdf [here](https://hrcak.srce.hr/en/actamedcroatica)
Maybe contacting the publisher might result in a solution as well
