Rewatching Futurama,again.
Reached the penultimate episode and it may well be my favourite.
Everything coming along for our [Rich Lobster ](https://youtu.be/vZZdO4BGeX8)

Also, Pulp Fiction last night. That movie captivates me like no other.
Might go on a Tarantino binge

Also acceptable title for today: “Mijter Monday” Mijter? I barely ~~new~~knew her!

  1. Futurama is hands down the best cartoon ever. I still cannot grasp the troubled traject it had for getting broadcasted.

  2. Hah I just finished Futurama again for the umpteenth time. Love that shit. Currently doing a Twilight Zone (original series) marathon.

Tooth pain is becoming more manageable. I think the infection is dying down. Still want those pesky wisdom teeth pulled though.

  3. Following the Tarantino tangent: I really liked Django Unchained and The Hateful Eight. Especially the latter which scored a tad lower than previous of his movies, I just like the single-location setup, as if it can be just a theatre play.

  4. Any of you know whether I could get in trouble for throwing water balloons filled with piss through my neighbour’s open window? Not that I’d actually do it (I promise) but it does get quite appealing seeing that the apartments across the road are almost all AirBnB’s that tend to party till quite late. Last Saturday I laid awake unable to sleep till 4:30 which is less than ideal.

Of course the commune doesn’t want to do anything.

  5. Mom of GF became ill and tested positive (after refusal to get tested at first). Third day of looking miserable in bed.

Oh right, did I mention she’s heavily antivax? Fun, right? Not like she’s about 60.

And luckily she had dinner with her 90y old father the day before she became ill. Who is also unvaccinated. Rest of the family has more common sense luckily.

So now I’m pretty worried since breathing issues mainly start around day 5.

  6. I am trying to figure out my temelec electrical heating system.

First time I turned it on in this winter it heated the room, hot air coming from under etc. but the “body” never got too hot.

But last night I turned the heating off via this wall thermostat (that looks very cheap) and the metal body got hot to the point that I could fry an egg over it. But no noise, no hot air coming from it.

So I turned the circuit breaker off to see what happens and it isn’t cooling down. My theory is that when I turn the heating off maybe it just turns off just some fan inside? And the coils inside are super hot so they take a long ass time to cool down naturally. Then the insulation heats up, heats the metal and it all become child burn trap.
