I came to Germany with a 6-month Student Visa (Studienvisum). I’m studying at a university right now and I need to extend my residence permit in Germany. I don’t understand the difference between Verlängerung, Aufenthaltserlaubnis and Niederlassungserlaubnis. Which one should I choose?
