Hello there!
I plan on hiking/camping/backpacking for two weeks in west Sweden in the near future. I would love to follow the Bohusleden from Göteborg to Uddevalla.
I want to complement my humble meals with fresh fish if nature is gracious enough to provide. While in other areas [ifiske.se](https://ifiske.se) or [fiskekort.se](https://fiskekort.se) make it possible to buy a license remotely and online I have found no such service for the vast majority of the Bohusleden vicinity.

Is it possible to get a permit on road?

Are places that sell licenses common?

Would it be much of a detour?

I would be seriously grateful for any hints, tips or input you could provide to help me out.

If the lakes you want to fish in arent on ifiske or similar sites / apps you usually buy license from near by gas stations or small grocery stores. If they don’t have it they probably know who does, assuming you can buy a license for the specific lakes you want to fish in.
If you take the western route from Gothenburg to Uddevalla most of the water you’ll pass is the sea, and fishing in the see with basic equipment is mostly free (any areas within nature reserves may have restrictions). You can read this on the trail website [here](https://www.westswedentrails.com/en/item/elda-och-fiska-1/yepypx21ntmn5lakiqdwirskmduka4fl).
Edit: eh, nevermind me, confused Bohusleden hiking path with the bike path Vöstkustleden.
Fiskekort.se or ifiske, some times u have to Google the name of the lake and fiskekort and you will find other sites.
