Basically you didn’t pay for parking spot You must call to the underlined number, and tell them to came to free your car. You must pay 20 leva fee plus some tax for the parking spot (probably 1 to 4 leva depends how long you car is there)
Ticket payed for, very nice service, im just retarded and didnt know thare was an app for parking.

If you open the Google app on your phone (not Chrome browser, actual Google) on the right of the search bar click the camera icon, select a picture or your camera, and select translate. Absolutely not trying to be mean, but the longer you wait to find someone to translate it, the bigger the fine gets
