It’s the economy, so mostly private business decisions, not decisions of Germany as such. Just let those businesses burn and do not bail them out as per usual when the shit hits the fan.

Chinese companies which are basically all state owned have unfair advantage, they don’t have transparent books for audit and claim national security to avoid audits but still get to list anyway while all other countries including American business have to be transparent.
China also cheats the entire world by benefitting from the WTO and not following its rules, even the basic ones like transparency for state subsidies to business or stopping the forced ip transfer from companies which wish access to Chinese market and forcing companies to have a Chinese partner that owns 51% or more.
China also wants to destroy the global rules based order which ironically was the only reason for china being able to rise out of poverty
Chinese dictatorship is not our friend or partner and the world is finally waking up while Germany appears to be going total retard
