  1. So people who were in favour of these anti social events (when they were bothering catholic communities) are now upset. Sounds like someone wanted to highlight their secretarian hypocrisy.

    How is burning a load of crates “traditional” anyhow?

  2. I’m a member of the Nationalist community in Northern Ireland and 95% of us are completely embarrassed by this. It is not representative of our community. This is nothing other than a tiny group of people retaliating because their own flag and symbols had been burned across the country a few weeks (and days) prior. This is an isolated incident, and in terms of scale, not comparable to the hundreds of bonfires which burn Catholic symbols on the 11th of July. You can guess which side BBC will report most though.
