You don’t need to do that, just change the laws that not everyone that sets foot on the EU is granted automatic status rights. And make it possible to lock up those who aren’t welcome, don’t let them roam around freely whilst they await their applications or have them build camps etc. And for the love of god how are migrants that commit crimes not punished and automatically have their status revoked and are locked up.
Make a better application procedure that doesn’t take months to decide.
Create a database of all known migrants, facial, dna, fingerprints, date of entry etc.
If they enter illegaly, they will be banned for life when their application isn’t granted.
They commit crimes? We know who did it and hunt them down and punish them.
