So the ministers responsible for rail transport blames the Manchester mayor for chaos on rail transport.
Huh?

Tories clearly don’t realise it’s all avanti’s fault for well not giving drivers good conditions and pay otherwise they would have more drivers that arn’t working on rest days.
If your relying people to work on rest days all the time your a shit company.
Rail transport providers aren’t making as much £££ as they once were, so they’re cutting services to protect balance sheets. Eventually they’ll demand either more subsidy or simply hand back the franchise to the Government so it then becomes the liability of the tax payer. Unfortunately for Shapps he’s the architect of all of this….all of it.
