>An incident happened at the arms factory in the town of Gramsh this Saturday.
>It is learned that 3 Russian citizens have neutralized two soldiers of this plant, tying them up.
>The event happened while there was a storm in the city and the Russians settled inside the building.
>The soldiers are in the hospital receiving the necessary medical assistance, while two of the Russian citizens have been captured by the police and anti-terrorist forces. The third citizen is being sought.
>Contacted by Euronews Albania, the Ministry of Defense confirmed the news about the incident, but did not provide other details.
[Official statement of Albania’s Ministry of Defence: Three foreigners with #Russian & #Ukrainan passports have tried to enter an army factory in the city of Gramsh. Albanian soldiers while trying to stop the foreigners were injured but in stable condition.](https://twitter.com/kos_data/status/1561085834924892161?s=20&t=hZV_7tW6Skeqph91v9qxAw)
3 citizens neutralise 2 soldiers hmmm… Might wanna take a look at combat training for your defense force Albania…
I wasn’t sure what to think about the Russian tourist ban, but the risk of infiltration by spies especially in vulnerable spots like the Balkans is too high.
ban all visas issued to ruZZian citizens…..
This seems so random. Have there been any attacks like this in other Nato member states?

Hope these Russians will have nice lives in the Albanian jail.

Around 2 weeks ago Kosovo also [captured Daria Asimilova](https://balkaninsight.com/2022/08/08/spying-russian-journalist-rejected-by-kosovo-back-in-serbia/#:~:text=Kosovo%20Interior%20Minister%20Xhelal%20Svecla,one%20day%20after%20Aslamova's%20arrest.), a confirmed Russian spy who was posing as a journalist. Independent journalists published old photos of her posing with Radovan Karadzic.
