Cut them down and then slather an oil of your choice over the pole. Vegetable oil is cheap. Maybe stick a small note on the pole saying “no posters here” or something (although it would just be ignored).
You can also report these.

Maybe turn them so they’re facing out towards the road instead of down it. They’ll still be visible but you’ll only being seeing them edge on.
Don’t get annoyed so easily, inch out a little bit and you’ll be able to see around the posters. Simples.
Turn them 90 degrees so they’re not blocking your view? Might save the potential hassle of taking them down

The height is illegal. They must be over a certain height, can’t remember the exact height but it’s around 2 metres off the ground. You can either report them or cut them down.
