Poland has some incredibly beautiful national parks. I brought a friend hiking at trzy korony yesterday and he kept comparing it to the setting of the Witcher 3.
Unfortunately, litter in woods in Poland is NOT rare. It’s not horrible (except “wild dumping grounds”), but definitely happening.
Few random woods videos:

I’m from Poland and I love forest hiking. I’m sure you will be able to get enough of forest bath, just pick a right place. There is multiple greatly preserved, beatifull forest. Forest in Polosh- “las”, but we also have a word “puszcza” which means ancient forest.
There is, for example puszcza Białowieska, the only remaining part of the primordial forest covering all the Europe. But any puszcza would do.
Polish people really care about forests and nature where they live. That’s why in lesser cities there is little to zero littering, but near the roads to bigger cities or just near them it can go both ways
First off all there are no real woods in Poland , maybe a few. But you have plenty of these tree farms everywhere, trees more or less stay in a line and it’s pretty boring. But you can find something nice sometimes.
