Yep, looks like it, with Beroun up in top left.
Yes, the square lights area bottom right is the industrial area in Prague 20 near Černý Most and the lit up building to the right is the Penny Market warehouse
It is Prague. I recognize Horni Pocernice, Satalice, Kyje, Vinor.
Biggest and clearest in right low corner is Horní Počernice, with Černý most right next to it. The bright, lonely ribbons of light are part the city circuit.
