The sad thing is that those 1800 meals were probably desperately needed.
Still, there is a lot of negative publicity around the Pakistani community as well as ethnic minorities in general so things like this should be publicized more often. My town’s local mosque and Pakistani community were the ones helping in meal preparation and distribution during Covid, and even now they’re still offering to help anyone who calls them.

That’s good of them, I wish my Catholic Church would do initiatives like this but they never do.
