Just realized we’re getting a load of grain from Ukraine this month ππ Tags:ireland 6 comments >According to information provided to the JCC, the preliminary destinations of Ukrainian food exports so far include: >TΓΌrkiye: 26% Iran: 22% Republic of Korea: 22% China: 8% **Ireland**: 6% Italy: 5% Djibouti: 4% Romania: 2% To be determined: 5% Thanks ππ π€¦π»ββοΈ It’s good that Ukrainian companies are selling grain to Irish companies, but it’s not that meaningful. It’s normal commerce. Slava Ukraini. Heroiam Slava. It’s supposed to arrive today 33 thousand tonnes, I believe. We won’t see any food shortages here. What we will see is price rises. Ireland will generally ride it out fine (with a bit of inflation). Where we get our grain from isn’t really that important. Leave a ReplyYou must be logged in to post a comment.
