The ones with too many idiots as citizens
If everyone over 60 had to do it (with boosters), it would make the most difference.
A strong recommendation for everyone over 40, and a general recommendation for all adults would otherwise suffice. Make this group pay a few bucks for it, though.
It will give people an injustice to fight over, while increasing the perceived value of the vaccination.
Sorry, what? It’s too late you say? The politicians already screwed it up? Oh well, there will always be the next pandemic. 😉
