I think it’s high time the EU starts getting serious on Latin America. We can achieve much more diplomatically than the US, who’s treated with much more suspicion due to its involvement in coups there. There will still be some resistance from populists like AMLO in Mexico but EU-Latam potential have a lot of potential thanks to the cultural and economic connections between Spain, Portugal and LATAM.
Isn’t that a little bit late? While Brasil already is and Argentina tries to become a BRICS member?
