Hello,
I was reading the covid policies (https://covid19.public.lu/en/travellers/visiting-luxembourg.html) and I wasn’t sure if it applied only to people traveling by air or includes car and rail as well.
I’m not an EU citizen/resident and I’m unvaccinated but I’ve been in Europe for the past month. Does the ban still apply?

Yes, until 31.12. And likely to be extended as the situation is getting worse. There are however no border checks.
