They are correct, I wish we would do the same in the Netherlands.
Cats evolved from the African wild cat which sprang off the family of the pumas. In thousands of years their DNA did not change much. But there is another species by far more dangerous . The human. While cats endangered birds humans destroyed the planet (climate change). So if cats have to stay in house may mother nature or a looming ear wipe out humans ???

This sounds psychotic, but it’s basic cat owner logic when “ferret” is changed to “cat.”
EDIT: downvote all you like, it’s destructive and idiotic to let your predatory animal stalk about outdoors. Our ecosystems deserve a lot better. Well done, Poland.
If LGBT-free zones didn’t go down well with the rest of Europe, imagine if Poland created cat-free zones.
Good there needs to a cat cull in Europe, they kill everything.
