That’s hardly enough time to understand what’s going on here.
A lot of allowances made. “There’s endless construction and trash everywhere, also I don’t earn much at all but at least I can learn English”
I don’t really think that should cut it.
Not the greatest place to learn English, cost of living is low. But the endemic trash, corrupt to the core construction industry and the lack of any long term strategic planning from government has doomed this place stagnation.
