now yesterday i already did a gargle/gurgeln pcr test and today it came back negative. now my question is: do i still need to call this hotline or is the negative PCR test enough?

You don’t have to do anything. I mean, it depends on what you want to achieve with the negative test – get released from the quarantine or get the official certificate? Quarantine is not obligatory anymore, so you don’t need a test to get released out of one. As for certificate, you also don’t have to do anything, AFAIK it should be issued to you automatically after some time.
