A teen dead and a woman who was just finished her teenage years throws her life away, out of idiocy, neglect and selfishness. If the diplomatic s-show between UK & US when this happened there repeats itself, maybe the 20 year old has a long life ahead of her, where she can repent (forget about it after a couple years)
Time to kick the yanks out of Europe! This will keep happening until Europe is responsible for its own defense.

No excuses at all for the driver, but I must ask. Is turning the street lights off at 2am a thing anywhere else? Seems counterintuitive to street lights.
It’s time to prevent americans from going outside their bases.
Especially in Okinawa.
