  1. Once again, thanks to Thatcher for inaugurating this dark age in our politics. Where refusing help to those who need it is seen as admirable and a positive leadership quality.

  2. She’ll listen when big businesses get in her ear as a Tory PM. They will lose customers because so many people can’t afford their products and services.

For example, streaming companies lost like 1.5M subs during the last financial quarter. 3 months of £10 a month is £45M! and it is only the beginning for these big companies providing non-essential stuff.

  3. She’s not playing to the general population; she’s pandering to the small amount of Tory party members who vote so she can be leader, and this sort of stuff is what they want to hear.

  4. I can’t work it out, I know she is the front runner but…

Why is there so much from her right now? Why is Rishi getting the silent treatment right now? Is the media pushing for rishi?

  5. Given the high tax take, just cancel one of the big waste projects and give money back to people. It will not cause inflation, because it would have been spent anyway, just it will not be spent on mates contracts.

  6. Its the same old Tory way. Say one thing over and over, try to stare down the obvious crisis, then when there’s no other way around it, do too little too late…eg Brexit, Covid, climate change, fuel prices.

These ‘candidates’ are plastic Thatchers that don’t understand the first thing about Thatcher or the times Thatcher represented. They demonstrably don’t understand what’s happening now either. Then and now are very different times indeed. It won’t work and the public will have to suffer first for their blind ideology.

  7. Again, nobody is coming to help here. Stock up if you can and if you have any spare cash then donate to the food banks. Then vote the cunts out on every level and at every single election.

  8. Chris Bryant top Labour MP n great Orator actually predicted the no confidence vote by the Tories before the election of 2024 so who’s going to take the mantle for the next Election?
