Even with a 30% pay rise they are not even meeting competitive salaries for medical staff abroad.
Growing up the only workforce I remember striking were firemen and it seemed quite regular.
Now it seems everybody strikes other than firemen?

There is no morale issue on the shoulders of the NHS as far as I’m concerned. It will be the government’s fault if they let it go that far. Just pay they properly ffs
