Turkey says Greek F-16s locked on Turkish F-16s while they are conducting an important NATO mission in the Eastern Mediterranean, according to the Turkish defense ministry sources speaking to Anadolu, Greek warplanes openly threatened NATO mission by radar locking Turkish F-16 warplanes accompanying US B-52s.
Turkey summoned the Greek military attaché, and complained to NATO
Don’t know if the recent photoex with American B-52s are related to this, but Turkish aircraft fly in NATO missions all over the continent every day. Could be that flight or a different NATO flight. A bunch was over Slovakia yesterday again for a joint exercise for example.
Today is the 100th anniversary of the start of Battle of Sakarya, so maybe neighbors got emotional again, you never know.
Where did this happened? Over Greece?
Did NATO inform Greece for a Turkish participation in this important mission?
OK, that’s it. Now you go to your room, yes both of you.
