Totally agree with this ban, I would let the Humanitarian visas only to access but you have to prove that you are trying to escape. And of course the average Russian not have a Bentley or the new BMW.

My full support for the Lithuanian measures. Europe must not admit any more Russians unless it is proven that they are entitled to refugee status. And of course tourist visas, which are only valid for three months and do not give any right to live in Europe, are just an insult to Ukrainians and Europeans, allowing Russians to enjoy Europe while bombing Ukraine. Russian, go home.
Visa ban is obviously a bad idea, because it means reciprocity. Europeans banned from entering Russia. It will just hurt common people on both sides and **nothing** will be achieved.
Ask yourself why the USA didn’t implement any visa ban.
In addition of that, russian tourism is good for us because they spend money here rather than in Russia.
