Don’t read strangers’ newspaper? What does the first sign means?

  1. Just visited your beautiful country. I found this sign at Møn Island, and I didn’t really understand the meaning. The first on the left of course…

  2. I think it means you’re not supposed to walk on or stay at the dyke / dune (can’t really tell what it is)

  3. It means what you write… Don’t look over the shoulders when people read their newspapers. It is SO FUCKING annoying!!!! 😉

    Edit: /s, for the rigid…..

  4. It’s Denmark. It means if you’re able to read someone’s newspaper, you’re way too close! Keep your distance, or people will think you’re weird. 😇

  5. Don’t walk on dunes above people sitting below them? … because the dune might collapse and bury the person alive along with their newspaper

  6. “No women watching men reading the paper whilst taking a dump in a toilet on the edge of a small hill”

Na, it’s don’t walk or sit on the dunes.

  7. It just means that there’s no *badebro* in this area. You’d think that people could work that out themselves, and yet here we are.

  8. It means “Don’t just speak to stangers on public transportation!”

No it dosen’t. But don’t just speak to stangers on public transportation!

  9. don’t stand/walk/sit on top of or on the side of the embankment.
Shooting ranges for example forbid movement over the surrounding embankments so you don’t get shot, not the same signs but still.

  10. In general in nature on private land you are allowed to pass thru, but not “tage ophold” – that is stay at the same place for prolonged time.
