Hey guys, i have a problem. I came here to Germany ab 5 months ago. And I decided to buy drone from market place. Was all good until package stops, and just disappeared. I can’t get any info bc dhl says to contact the sender. And sender is idiot, empty words and no action. What should i do?

  2. Let me guess: you bought it on eBay marketplace? Unfortunately the seller was very likely a scammer. I had to learn this the hard way as well when I bought a lens and it turned out to be a scam. You need to file a report with the police. You can do this online. They will probably not find the guy but it’s good to have that documentation.

    Edit: forgot to say that I’m really sorry this happened to you. I guess it was not a small amount as we’re talking about a drone. It honestly sucks but don’t plan on getting your money back or the drone… 🙁

    Edit2: be careful when googling ‘online Strafanzeige’ – only use the official sites of the police in your state. There are a ton of other scammers on Google who offer to file the report for you but your actually having over all of your personal data to a shady company. Also: not every state has the possibility to file this online. Could also be that you need to go to a local police station.

  3. All problems with DHL can discuss only sender. If you won’t get your drone and have some buy protection like from PayPal, after some waiting time you can open dispute and get your money back.
