I am a Slovenian visiting Leangenfeld, Tirol. Picturesque landscape, truly beautiful! What would you recommend as a must see/visit in the area?

theres a beautiful spa in längenfeld
Se ne spoznam natančno na Tirol, ampak sem slišal da je tam povsod ful lepo! Lepe počitnice ti želim!
Cute dog. The scenery is nice too, but the dog is cuter. Love his right “lazy ear”. 😀
Franz Hörl and the cable cars
In Längenfeld is the “Winkelbergsee” which is a magic little place, very easy to access for a visit. There also is a quite new-ish suspension bridge (pedestrian) which offers a great view (Hängebrücke). In case you dare, the via ferrata (?) “Reinhard Schiestl Klettersteig” leads pretty high up, exposed above public roads – not for me, and not for beginners for sure.
The “Stuibenfall” (a waterfall) in Unhausen is close and in case you are there, there is a semi-natural lake for swimming. Especially a few hours after rain, the waterfall is very impressive. Also “Farst” is in “Umhausen” – a little bunch of houses, located on a very much exposed side of the valley – quite rare, also there is a place to consume something as well as the original, harsh local charme up there. You should also check out “Köfels” and the “Wurzbergalm”. If you want to hike a bit more, the “Winnebachseehütte” as well as the hike up there are simply gorgeous. Also check out some images of the “Erlanger Hütte” – something pretty special. One place I personally find really cool is the “Hauersee” a mountain lake, but it’s quite a hike up there.
For eating out, I can’t recommend “Infang” highly enough – don’t be irritated because it’s close to the camping site.
Maybe you want to see “Bichlkirche” – was at a couple of weddings there. Pretty cool chapel in the forest.
For bad weather, even though non is forecast until Saturday, there are two locations for go-carting, one in Tumpen and the other just out of the valley in Ötztal Bahnhof. Oh and just in case you were to drive that way, definitely check out the “Ambergersee/Brandsee” – it’s just a short walk but a magical place. A bit further is the “Kühtai” where you can find two water reservoirs (artificial lakes) for a pumped storage power plant (we once sold cross-border to the Americans… #SMH).
In case you are looking for anything else, feel free to PM.
You can go deeper into the valley. Sölden, Obergurgl or Vent are higher on the mountains and are great starting places for hikes.
You can also to the Piburger See
There is a nice trail up the Stuibenfälle (water falls). If you are a James Bond fan you gotta go to the museum high up in Sölden. Then there is a nice motorcycle museum near Timmensjoch (ate the very end of the valley)
