And would not have headed the delegation to London
That’s what he thought that they thought that they wanted him to think when he read that sign
You’d think the fact Dev looked an awful lot like Alan Rickman would make Collins a bit suspicious of him, but here we are.
He was Cork smart…not traditional smart.
I do wonder if he killed himself?
Everyone told him not to go to Cork, his situation must have been very depressing when you think about it.
This deserves more upvotes
Some cute Cork hoor had changed the direction that the sign was pointing towards.
We turned all the signs the wrong ways to confuse the Brits and we hadn’t gotten a chance to turn them back the right way by August 1922, what with the civil war and all.
You might be confusing strategy with tactics…
Or maybe I am…
It’s that damn texting and driving.
Is the secret nuclear bunker over there as well? Heheh
It’s a trap!
Hahaha
Me fucking tea, ya cunt!
Hehe, you got a chuckle from me.
He redeemed himself when he brough Armstrong and Aldrin safe back home from the Moon, though.
Hahaha
When I was a kid I used to genuinely think that ancient towns or villages had an anointed “battlefield”, sort of like a football ground, whose specific purpose was for armies to duel eachother for sovereignty over the town safely away from civilians and buildings. Seemed to make sense, sure why would you want to wreck the place if your goal was to take it over and live in it!
Seems way too obvious to be fair
