I wonder if it’s a ‘push’ to encourage people to start ‘investigating’ their own crimes?
We’ll know in a couple of weeks if they run a story about an engineering student building their own x-ray machine from old smoke detectors.
When my bike was stolen, the police said they didn’t have the resources to investigate. I said that’s funny because resources weren’t a problem a royal weddings !
