Efikasnost vlada u Europi po istraživanju WGI (opis metode u komentaru). Zanimljivo da su zemlje Zapadnog Balkana u prosjeku ispod nule.

  1. >The Worldwide Governance Indicators Project reports annually on 6 key governance indicators based on views of a large number of enterprise, citizen and expert survey respondents. One of those indicators is the government effectiveness. The government effectiveness is based on the perceptions of the quality of public services, the quality of the civil service and the degree of its independence from political pressures, the quality of policy formulation and implementation, and the credibility of the government’s commitment to such policies.

  5. Misliš percepcija efikasnosti vlada.

    Dok god ovakve metrike budu subjektivno mišljenje i same po sebi bit će subjektivne. Pa će onda primjerice ispasti da je slovenska vlada puno sposobnija od naše (a zapravo je slična), ili da je mađarska slična našoj, ali zapravo je puno sposobnija. U stvarnosti mi smo nezadovoljniji od Slovenaca, i slično nezadovoljni ko Mađari.

  7. Sto znaci efikasnost vlade? Po meni kao liberterijancu najbolja efikasnost u drustvu je kad vlade nema ili je minimalna. Ako vlada pocinje biti efikasna znaci da ima preveliku moc nad gradanima. Svica tu i upada, zivio pol godine tamo, vlada tamo kroz zakone (lokalna) brani ljudima i pustat vodu na WC-u poslije 22, a jednom je ljuta susjeda zvala policiju jer sam upalio ves masinu u 23 sata. TO ne znaci da Svica nema ljudske i ekonomske slobode, apsolutno ima. Ali ne bih vladu nazvao efikasnosnom. Efikasnost moze biti i ne znam povuci novce iz EU fondova, ali to opet ne znaci da je to nesto dobro za drustvo. Vlada moze biti efikasna u provodenju bilo kakvih zakona koji mogu biti i dobri i losi.
