I suppose the difference 12 years later being that our economy is at full employment.
Rent on the two bed basement apartment from 2010 was 1500… It’s 2750 now and still a kip and the landlords still an absolute money grabbing, fake d4 head bellend
Don’t remember the sign, but the message and the housing situation seems to have barely improved since you took that picture…
