Recently moved in together with my italian girlfriend. We haven’t yet used the drying rack as intended.

  1. My girlfriend’s parents and some friends helped us moving, so we made pasta with fresh tagliatelle as a thank you.

Edit: It’s tagliatelle… I apologize! My girlfriend already corrected me.

Edit 2: The dedicated pasta rack was already full, so we had to improvise to make enough for 8 people.

  2. What do you mean?! It’s drying something, isn’t it? So you are using it correctly, from a certain point of view 😉

  3. I do this too! But I hang a table cloth under it by tying it to the four corners so when the pasta dries, if it breaks, it falls on the table cloth

  4. “we don’t have used the drying rack as intended” i dont understand that sentence, please elaborate further
